Serenity Hospice Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that provides a beneficial service to the terminally ill, and their loved ones, in our communities. This service is achieved in part by the many memorials and donations that pay tribute when someone dies by giving a gift that can spread our wings of kindness to other who are or will be traveling that same path.

     The foundation supports our:

• Volunteer Program
• Bereavement counseling services
• Support for the education, training that will instruct others about hospice care
• Help to fulfill our patient's last wishes

     Anyone can make a referral to hospice for an individual. We will then obtain all the information we need to evaluate appropriateness for hospice care.
